How It Works: Refer a Friend, Family Member, or Neighbor: Know someone who could benefit from solar energy? Send them our way! There's no limit to how many people you can refer. Referral Submission: Submit your referral using the Titan Sales Referral Form. Make sure to provide all the necessary contact information for your referral. Successful Installation: Once your referral's solar system is installed and activated, you'll receive a $500 incentive as a thank you from us. Eligibility: This program is open to all current employees of Titan Solar Power. The referral must be a new customer to Titan Solar Power. The referred customer must complete the installation process for the employee to receive the incentive. Referral Guidelines: Ensure your referral is aware that they will be contacted by Titan Solar Power for a consultation. Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. Encourage your referral to mention your name during their initial consultation. Payment Details: The $500 incentive will be paid via payroll, the following payroll after the referred customer's system is installed. If an employee has terminated employment with the company, the $500 incentive will be paid through the company’s accounting department via a paper check.
